JOIN or RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

 

Memberships may be purchased for 1 or 3 years.
All memberships are based on the calendar year, so expire on December 31.
If your membership expired on December 31, 2024, you will get a reminder in January, 2025.


You can SUBMIT an application form:
    using ONLINE FORM
OR
   By MAIL: print an Application form

      Mail in Application Form in .pdf

      Mail in Application Form in WORD



You can PAY:
   ONLINE via PayPal using a Credit Card or using a PayPal account (if you have one).  Follow instructions on online form.
OR
   By E-transfer to treasurer@ontariodaylily.ca
OR
   By cheque payable to Ontario Daylily Society (see mailing instructions on Application Form)


NEW member bargain:
the first year of a NEW membership purchased AFTER July 1 will be valid for the remainder of the year and all of the next!!

New members will receive a letter of welcome and program information from ODS President, Chris Eicher.
